Tiny House Plans

In addition to shells and fully-built homes, we too offer tiny house building plans. Standard plans include construction documents for our predesigned tiny houses (typically 8′ six″ wide, xiii′ vi″ tall, at a variety of lengths). Detachable Trailer Tongue

Our tiny house trailers feature our custom detachable trailer tongue which helps prevent theft and takes less than 15-20 minutes to attach or detach the trailer tongue. The detachable trailer natural language also allows the tiny house to look more than like a house instead of a trailer.

The adjustable hitch coupler ensures level towing to match your truck's hitch superlative and sag. The adjustable coupler mount is welded to the detachable trailer tongue.

WELDED JACK POINTS

Nosotros DO Not RECOMMEND Former TRAILERS RETROFITTED FOR TINY HOUSES

All of our tiny houses (including requests for custom tiny house plans) must exist designed for and built on our custom trailers. Flatbed or motorcar-hauler trailers are not designed for tiny houses. These types of trailers may indeed be rated to carry the total weight, but they are not structurally sound without significant modifications.

In the past we've tried retrofitting old RV trailers for sure clients on asking, but the price to upgrade axles and modify the frame takes more fourth dimension and money than edifice new.
