So, when I received an email from Karen, one of our readers, asking about recipes with canned beef, I knew I wanted to try out a beef stew recipe. This Crock Pot 7 Can Beef Stew recipe is the result! It is quick and easy to throw together and super yummy! You are going to love it!
When I say this is easy to put together, I mean it is super duper easy to throw together. It is a true dump and go meal that has a delicious flavor and is packed full of veggies. You guys are going to love it!
I love the way the time in the crock pot gives all the ingredients time to meld together to become the delicious meal you will serve up to your family! I hope you and your loved ones enjoy this stew as much as we do!
What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 28 oz can beef, undrained
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 14.5 oz can sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14.5 oz can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 14.5 oz can Italian style green beans, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 29 oz beef broth (2 14.5 oz cans)
Equipment Needed
- Can opener
- Can strainer (optional)
- Measuring spoons
- Wooden Spoon
- 6 quart crock pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours on low or 1.5 to 2 hours on high
